Since 1986 Florida lottery says it's been helping education but yet year by year we hear on the news about so many, elementary,middle schools and highschools closing their doors for good. We want to know why? Where is that money going? What schools get this money? When according to the Florida Lottery website "In fiscal year 2011-2012, the Florida Lottery transferred more than $1.31 billion to the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund."
