Let's build a playground on the sand in Huntington Beach, Ca.

It is important, to bring attention to the city leaders, our strong desire to play by the sea. We enjoy the beach life and would like to see our children have swings by the seashore.  We, as a community are ready to take on the task, if need be. We just want to obide by all the rules.
