PETA USA: Please stop discriminating animal rights activists who don´t have a mobile phone (number)!!!

Hello PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), can you please tell me why you don´t let animal rights activists sign who don´t have a mobile phone - like me??? I only have fix phone net, and all of your petitions says "mobile phone number optional", but if you don´t fill in that number you can´t sign, ain´t that discrimination??? Please change this, I´ve been Lacto-Veggie (almost vegan, only eat a lil cheese all 3-4 months because 1. the vegan alternative you get here in Germnay has a bad aftertaste and 2. it´s unaffordable for me as disabled person too) for almost 32 years yet!!! Maybe I should start a petition on Care 2 and urge you to let those animal lovers sign too who can´t afford a mobile phone with flatrate, but is this really necessary, can´t you change that??? On PETA Deutschland you can sign without any phone number, and also on Peta India!!! :(
