Make Sign A Subject At Schools in The Uk

After the birth of my friends son they received the devastating news that he was profoundly deaf! This has opened my eyes to how many deaf people live amongst us, and are being isolated as not many people can communicate with them!
Our children are taught foreign languages at school, why not teach their own language in the form of sign so they can communicate with the deaf people in their communities making everyone equal and accepted!
