DEMAND your Commissioners and Planners say NO to Cedar Creek Golf Course Rezoning and Development!

Recently an application has been submitted to the Allen County Plan Commission by Tullymore Run, LLC. to rezone Cedar Creek Golf Course into a 126 lot development. The residents of Garman, Lochner, Amstutz and the surrounding community near the golf course chose those properties due to their rural, quiet settings away from heavy traffic and continuing development of other parts of Allen County. This development would negatively affect the landscape of the community in numerous ways; inconsistent zoning with surrounding properties, increased traffic, congestion of the school system, loss of rural feel and values, altered water tables, loss of wildlife habitat, road expansions and potential for eminent domain, decreased property values, and unwanted city utility expansion to name just a few.
