Demand an End to Pacer at Alki Middle School, Now!

Our goal as 8th graders is to leave behind a positive legacy. By ending the cruelty of pacers, it will not only improve our learning ability but give us a better outlook on physical education it self. I know many, many people who absolutely loved physical education before their middle school years. Now what exactly does pacers do for us? Teach us how to run? We understand and know about the requirement of the pacer test, but pacers as warm ups everyday is down right outrageous! So ask your self, are you okay with being taken advantage of? It's time to take a stand, let our voices be heard and make a change!
