END Government Selling Fines to Private Contractors (Offender Funded Systems)

Based on the Care2 Causes Article, Private Corporations Threaten Poor People with Arrest over Minor Debt;

we call for an end to these "Offender Funded Systems". There is no reason that a minor offense should earn a offender jail time not directly mandated by the court simply over an inability to pay. 

This is Debtor's Prison, plain and simple.
