to much time has been spent on a media Hype defrimation and charater assasignation over information sent and tweet on City Councilman face book page.  the claim against the Councilman was droped and dismissed! Only to generate backlash and retaliation from a disgruntle group that didnt get the result they wanted.  it has taken up a lot of time and has interfered with local city business. No criminal intent was proposed and introduced by City Council Henry Davis so founded and truly declared by legal council!
