Get anonymous money out of politics,

Money, specifically political contributions, has corrupted our political system.
Giving anonymously allows PAC money and direct political contributions to be made without accountability.
There is a movement to amend the US Constitution that would state that "Money is not speech and corporations are not citizens".
While this amendment would help clean up our politics at some time in the future, requiring that all donors to PACs, political parties and individual candidates be disclosed by name would be consistent with political "speech" being free but also attributable to the "speaker".
Way too much of our elected officials time is spent "dialing for dollars" and schmoozing donors.
As long as money pervades our politics our politics will be corrupted by it. It is imperative that we demand disclosure of those who donate large sums to PACs, parties and candidates, who obviously do it for personal gain and power.
It is time to begin the process of legislating money (thinly veiled bribery) out of politics. Requiring full disclosure of donors names is a critical first step in a process of removing corruption and bribery froim our politics.
