People against cashiers giving you change on top of a receipt

This is a serious petition to stop cashiers giving you change on top of a receipt. For years these cashiers have mocked the simple man by giving him his change on top of the recipt and then the predictable outcome of him dropping it and making a scene as well as embarassing him for weeks. We aim to stop them NOW!
