Remove spammers and trolls off of social media and the internet!

I got spammed on emails everyday, i been almost hacked, i have been having copy right claims on a dead person with no copy rights, i been cyber bullied by trolls! i am concerned that someone might hack the whole U.S and other countries privacy and take our homes and take everything including our lifes! I wanna see people safe to go on the internet without getting cyberbullied or have eveything taken away from people!
