Keep cheaters out of hall of fame

The patriots have been caught in spy game with jets, caught in deflated ball game against the colts, now involved again in filming browns and bengals. How much cheating does it take? Let’s strip them of the titles they wrongfully acquired like lance armstrong got and keep them out for gambling like Pete rose got.
