Attention Vivint Solar Customers

I was lured into a contract with VIVINT SOLAR COMPANY. I was promised a monthly electric bill of $17-$30. I was promised a total of 50 panels to offset my electric bill. To date VIVINT has only installed 32 panels total. From August of 2012-Present I have only recieved the rate of $17-30 for a total of five times. I have been paying anywhere from $250-$300 monthly for my electric bill plus anywhere between $200-$300 monthly to VIVINT SOLAR COMPANY for the cost of the panels. In March of 2017 a VIVINT representative contacted me to let me know that a VIVINT technician needed to check my solar system. Upon checking my system they found out my solar system was not working for TWO and a half YEARS. (all this time I have still been paying their monthly costs) Another Technician later came to install another box outside my home to make sure this equipment malfunction does not happen again. I waited about 2 months for a VIVINT Representative to contact me. Mr. Lee from VIVINT finally contacted me and had found that my system was not working for a total of 30 months. I want answers as to why I have been paying $200-$300 monthly for a system that has not been working. I have hired legal Representation of Steve Lane 808-523-3794.

If you (or anyone you know) are having issues with VIVINT SOLAR and was told that your bill would be $17 or less than $30 a month, and found this to be untrue; and believe that you were lured into a contract by untrue statements of any kind, please sign this petition. Hopefully, we could get this resolved, and possibly remove yourself from your contract.
