Request to modify our current email signature

According to our recent meetings, we are looking for customer satisfaction as a primary goal; however we have also decided at a more positive approach which we do not feel is demonstrated by our current signature. We think that all forms of feedback should be welcome so as not to focus on negatives only and to get a better, more realistic idea of what is happening.
