We the People would like to ammend the 15th ammendment to the constitution of the USA. We do not believe that any human being should become the property of their government, for ANY reason. The legalization of slavery for citizens convicted of a crime has led to privatized prison systems that demand prisons be kept full. America has higher incarceration rates than any other country. Intentionally or not the 15th ammendment has led to both racist and classist profiling, by our Police... Which unfortunately has turned our peacekeepers into justified killers of our children. If a child commits a felony it our failure as much as theirs. The inability to vote, sit on a jury, run for office, travel, or even being able to hunt to feed ones self sets millions of our citizen slaves up to live a criminal cycle. We've never honestly tried to even show those lacking the appropriate skills
another way of life. We the People do not give up on our neighbors and hurt watching teenagers being sentenced to long periods of time in isolation and unhealthy confinement. Please show your support!!
