Crayke School 20mph school zone

Crayke primary school is currently in a 30mph zone. There are no chevrons or speed bumps or slow down warning signs to vehicles. During school pick up and drop off parents are continuing to park reducing the road to single lane traffic. They are parking in the school laybye causing congestion out onto the road. Children are having to cross between parked cars making visibility extremely dangerous. There is no lollipop service or speed bumps or slowdown signs. We have a lot of tractors and heavy goods vechils passing at this time as this road is used as a cut through to Bransby and Easingwold.
I am wanting a 20 mph zone between school hours, speed bumps and yellow chevrons and slow down children crossing and a lollipop service as all school in North Yorkshire have.
