We, the undersigned, are petitioning the City of Monrovia to keep the Friday Night "Farmer's Market Event" in Old Town of Monrovia with an updated concept featuring new vendors and upgraded with music, show and new ideass, to motivate and promote all businesses within Monrovia in a fair and equal manner
