Canadian water undrinkable really! What is our government doing?

Well we live in whats considered a first world country, and yet we are boiling our water and brushing our teeth with bottled water if we can find it. So it seems bottled water has been sold out in Winnipeg within 2 hours. So I am just wondering when were these water tests done, and how long before the public was notified. Anyone with a young baby im sure is horrified.Something needs to be done about the quality control of the water supply.This should not have come to this level in Canada. Is it lack of funding? So in short, someone get their shit together! This is abaolutely ridiculous.
