Overrule Phone Free Fowler

In all the years before us Fowler students were aloud to use electronics in the lobby, at lunch and when aloud by staff. Now all electronics except school approved devices are completely banned and are enforced to be powered off and put in your bag until you exit the building. Students used to be able to do homework on their computers in the morning but no electronics are permitted in the lobby. We deserve to use these during free time such as lobby (in the morning), during lunch and be able to be carried on us at all times. Thank you for reading this!
