Make it illegal for an employer to discrminate or harass employee for being a smoker.

We all deal with certain abuses of managers/employers in the work place. The sad thing is that much of the behaviors inflicted upon employees by managers/employers are perfectly legal no matter how damaging it may be to that employee. It seems to be becoming more common that smokers are discriminated against. They pushed out in the elements like dogs and now it is affecting our jobs. How much must we endure before we take a stand and say enough is enough? We will not tolerate this prohibiting us from our jobs!
