Change the Ringgold Dress Code

This is an issue for mainly the female student body in RHS. We aren't allowed to wear leggings without something that completely covers us simply because it could possibly "cause a distraction." I, personally, find this unfair and demeaning. Why should we as teenaged females have to change what we wear because guys don't know to how to 'keep it in their pants?' Some girls aren't all that confident, I know this because I'm not either, and the simple fact that we finally manage to get ourselves to wear these leggings and then have that right stripped from us, literally, is quite frankly the worst possible thing. That's why this needs to be changed.
