On Sunday, November 19th my mom was arrested for an argument that happened with my dad.
By Wednesday November 22nd, she was taken into custody by ICE.
She's never been into any trouble before, she has a clean record, we are so heartbroken by the situation.
She has 4 children who miss her dearly and want her back. My 3-year-old sister, my 15-year-old brother, myself and my 20-year-old sister who has Down syndrome. It's hard juggling all of this considering that I'm only 18, working a full-time job and taking night classes at GSU.
My mom is the most hardworking, loving, and honest woman I know. She's our rock and I can't bear to not have her with us everyday.
We're doing everything we can to keep her from being deported.
We need as much support that we can get, and signatures would be greatly appreciated!! We need to prove that she deserves to stay!! She is not a threat to society, rather a mother that loves her family and would do anything for them!!
I wouldn't be the person I am today without her. Deporting her would only have a negative impact on our lives.
