Stop tigers,all animals from starving

This is based upon a notice "The Barking Army"put out on FB.Showed Tigers starved almost to death!Very horrific! Someone needs to intervene and rescue these precious creatures God created .Psalm 36:6 says "God cares for people and animals alike" "Vengeance is mine slord The Lord "These animals need us to intervene and rescue them somehow.They depend on us to care for them,not abuse,neglect or destroy them!
