Help families in need get nutritious food and #ShakeHunger

More than 41 million Americans are food insecure. That means they are often forced to skip meals, eat less, or feed their children and not themselves because they simply can't afford more. But the hunger crisis in our country isn't just about quantity, it's about quality too.

Too often, families can only afford poor quality food products with low nutritional value. That means that not only are they not getting enough to eat, but what they are eating is harming their health and their children's development. Nearly half of food bank customers report having "fair" or "poor" health that can be tied to malnutrition.
