Petition to Issue Authorization Letter To QC INTERNATIONAL INC DBA QUALITY CANNABIS INTERNATIONAL To Participate In MAUCRSA Compliant Cannabis Distribution and Operate Non-Storefront Retail Service

Quality Cannabis International provides a true value to the community. Safe Affordable Cannabis Access is a right of every Californian. Allowing QC INTERNATIONAL INC to dispense cannabis to the residents of Fresno reduces illegal and dangerous sales activities, regulates market value of cannabis to Fresno Consumers, and increases community wealth and revenue.
