The most important law protecting birds is under attack by the White House and Congress. 100 years ago, the Migratory Bird Treaty Act stopped the wanton slaughter of birds. And now they want to gut its most powerful feature, letting industry off the hook for killing birds.

The Migratory Bird Treaty Act was Audubon's first great success, and hundreds of species are still around because of it. So we are certainly not going to let them get away with destroying it. We know what it takes to fight back.
