PROTECT, PRESERVE AN ORDINANCE ADDING CHAPTER 9.33 (CANNABIS MANUFACTURING) TO ORDINANCE NO. 927-2016 TITLE 9 (PUBLIC PEACE, SAFETY AND MORALS) OF THE FORT BRAGG MUNICIPAL CODE

PROTECT FORT BRAGG! There are changes being made to Fort Bragg Municipal Code title 9 Public Peace, Safety and Morals. Changing the code to allow cannibus manufacture and sale affect the Fort Bragg environment, business, as well as safety of residents and visitors. It has a negative affect upon tourism one of our primary sources of income.
