Dear President Mugabe,

American dentist and visitor Walter Palmer, killed Cecil the Lion,a protected and collared property of the people of Zimbabwe which was a tourist attraction and a source of revenue; due to the criminal actions of dentist Walter Palmer the locals will be affected negatively,therefore we ask of your government to issue a punishment for him of mandatory 15 years of free dental care for the people of Zimbabwe, this way the local community will be given a must needed service and Mr Walter Palmer can atone for his crime.
