The Human Rights Campaign is launching its biggest grassroots expansion in its 37-year history – and they need you to be a part of it.
Join HRC Rising to help HRC organize to build our strength in states from coast-to-coast, resist the politics of hate, fight anti-LGBTQ legislation and support pro-equality candidates and initiatives in 2018, 2020 and beyond. By pledging your support, you’ll help ensure equality wins at the local, state, and federal level.
Time and time again, we’ve seen the power of organizing and mobilizing equality voters. It’s how we defeated North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory after he targeted LGBTQ people with HB2. It’s how we helped elect progressive champions like Senator Maggie Hassan in New Hampshire. And it’s how we rallied to defeat Donald Trump’s bigoted nominee for Army Secretary, Mark Green.
We have an incredible opportunity to continue this work in 2018 – protecting pro-LGBTQ senators like Tammy Baldwin and Sherrod Brown, defeating House members who have anti-equality records and fighting tooth and nail to take back state legislatures. But as you know, we also have work to do if we want to send the Trump-Pence agenda packing from the White House in 2020.
