Yellowstone and Glacier National Park can be safe havens for the Wolf and should remain so by establishing a 20 to 30 mile No Hunting Buffer Zone completely surrounding the parks to ensure that hunters can not lure wolves out of the park by using calls of wolf pups in distress. or force the states of Montana and Wyoming to totally restrict hunting in the districts that border these Parks.
