On Saturday November 30th, George J. Mink III walked from his home at 2651 S. Bouvier st to 20th and Oregon, to honor a request from his elder neighbor, to meet her and walk her home. As he passed Oregon Ave, a drug addled person known to Mr. Mink only as "Didus," stormed out of the Bar(Fatso Foggerty's), and began threatening Mr. Minks. Life. Mr. Mink flagged down a police Van, and promptly explained the situation. Officer Parrish quickly separated the two, sending Mr. Mink on his way. Approx. 10-15 minutes later, as Mr. Mink and his Neighbor walked back to Bouvier, just upon passing the bar in question, a mob of over 12 people existed the bar, cursing, screaming and threating the life of Mr. Mink, surrounding him. Mr. Mink is in direct fear for his life and safety as well as the safety of the elder neighbor whom he had volunteered to accompany to her home. When the character by the name of "Didus" approached Mr. Mink with clear intent to inflict bodily harm, George Mink, Struck Didus in his sternum, knocking the air out of him, causing he, and the lynch mob in question to back off just long enough for him to turn and walk into his home. Not ten minutes later, Officer Parrish entered Mr. Mink's home, informing him that the individual Mr. Mink had Struck with his Knuckle to the sternum of his attacker, had falsley claimed that Mr. Mink had stabbed Didus with "an Ice Pick."
The following signatures are people known to George Mink as friends, fans, customers, and those who know his character, many for ten-twenty years. All below attest that Mr. George Mink III is a mild mannered individual, who prefers diplomacy and humor over violence, and would NEVER resort to violence lest he were in direct fear of his life. All claims made to the Philadelphia Police Department, and PA Courts of Law made by anyone other than George Mink(who was the only sober individual that eve, nor was he in the bar at any time that day or night), are fabrications, lies, and purgory. Further they attest that George Mink would never resort to violence, lest his life and safety were in immediate danger.
