A Bill to require Presidential candidates to undergo physical and mental exams before they can run for the highest office in the world.

In light of not only our country, but many countries around the world, that have leaders that are not all they were made out to be. Clearly we dodged a bullet with Ronald Reagan when he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's within 3 years of leaving office. There should be a board of 4 psychiatrists and 4 medical physicians that give each candidate a thorough exam, and the results should be made open to the house and the senate, and the medical personal should remain anonymous and strictly forbidden to give out the information to the media. Only that they are within acceptable limits to run for the office. Most people would agree, the office and it's powers, especially the atomic code, must have someone healthy and sane, so our country would have some peace, that our President was whole and healthy enough to make life and death decisions.
