Demand the electors get a full briefing of Russian influence on the election before they cast their votes

The CIA has confirmed, yet again, that Russia tampered with our presidential election to get Donald Trump elected. 

Before the electors officially cast their votes on December 19th, they should be briefed on the extent of that tampering so they can cast their votes accordingly.

It is not only illegal for a foreign government to influence our elections, it is also horrifying. If Donald Trump becomes our next president and he owes that fact to Russia, he will certainly make decisions that aren't necessarily in the United State's best interest. 

This has become a bipartisan issue, with members of Congress from both parties sounding the alarm. Before the electoral college officially makes Donald Trump our next president they must be told exactly how Russia influenced the election. This is the only way they can cast a good faith vote.
