To get taken off parole cause i have paid supervision fee done ALL of the programs that were given to me as well as attend AA Meetings

I have completed all the course they put before me finished CADA counselor for drug and alcohol finished lehigh drug and alcohol paid my supervision fee paid court cost the halfway house took the money. not all has been paid but some of it has, i have lived within the law and have not violated any rule why can't i go back to my wife Their is an applicatiuon to terminate probation it is form A-15 i do not know who to addres this to
