Requesting Immediate Government Intervention To Protect Willow Place Assisted Living Residents And Employees From Endangerment And Negligent Management Practices

There is strong evidence of endangerment and mismanagement of the residents care as well as the employees at Willow Place Assisted Living & Memory Care.  We are demanding Scotland County Department of Social Services, State Bureau of Investigations, Department of Labor and the Department of Health and Human Services to immediately consider revoking the current administrators license and removing the current management company to conduct a more in depth investigation while placing the facility into Receivership in order to protect not only the residents but also the employees.
