Praise Ukrainian Security Guard Petro Dibrova Stabbed by Mob While Protecting Dog Orphanage

War brings out the worst in people - and the best too. It takes great courage to protect animals in times of war. Petro Dibrova deserves both praise and incentive. And so do Tamara Tarnawska and all her helpers.
