The Florida's Child Support systems clearly needs to re wrote. Father's cases aren't being treated the same as None Custodial Mother's, It's ridiculous how hard it is to remove a parent from CS when the custodial parent decides they don't wanna receive payments anymore, Drivers license shouldn't be suspended at All due to none payment because this obstructs means of transportation to a place of employment if employed, medical necessities. It's unconstitutional to lock parents up & cost taxpayers for incarceration when no criminal activity has been performed. Telephone calls are rarely answered, court dates for contempt aren't being set appropriately. Purge amounts are exceeding past due amounts.
