Formal request for Enforcement of Baltimore City Ordinance Article 19, Police Ordinances, Subtitle 4

The residents of the Langston Hughes community located in the Park Heights community of Baltimore City and specifically, the 3800 block of West Garrison Avenue,  are very much concerned about the health and well being of all residents and especially our most vunerable children and senior citizens. Loud voices, music, profanity, fights and arguments have become a consistant problem and has dramatically affected neighbors ability to experiece the quiet enjoyment of their own homes. Noise continues to be a problem during day time hours and throughout the night. Pollice have been called regularly and the offending neighbors have been appropriately contacted with request for ceasation of the distubance of peace to no avail. 

Every resident who has experienced disturbance as indicated here and believe  that the matter will not be resolved without intervention by local authorities should sign this  petition.
