We, the undersigned Pennsylvania registered voters of the Democratic Party, support the right of all Green Party candidates to fully participate in Free and Fair Elections. With this goal, we pledge the following:

If Green Party ballot access candidate petitions are challenged in Pennsylvania in 2010, we will hold Democratic Party officials and candidates accountable for a flagrant violation of the right to Free and Fair Elections, and will publicly announce the changing of our voter registration to that of another party or to "no affiliation." We urge our fellow Democrats to join us.
