Soon, Harpseals.org will provide a simple way that you can find events in your community and post an event or sign up to join an event.

In March, the world's largest annual slaughter of marine mammals is scheduled to resume, and the seals in Canada need your help! Please join IDA supporters and other compassionate people as we prepare for a Day of Action for Seals in Canada on March 15. Tens, if not hundreds of thousands of harp seals will be clubbed, hooked and skinned to death for their fur.

This is the map of the old Montreal and the direction we will take with the gathering close to the river. It%u2019s a walk of %uFFFD kilometre approximately. We ask to wear white and a red arm-band, which will symbolize, the innocence of the animals and blood pour by those which are brutally assassinated. (The arm-band perhaps a simple piece of paperboard, or red paper or a scarf.) The walk will begin at 13: 00 hrs, and the starting gathering will be done in front of City town hall, on Notre-Dame Street.
