Bilingual Metro-Card Machines

Hundreds of thousands of tourists ride the DC/MD Metro everyday, and some of them can not speak or read English very well. Sometimes, because of this problem, they decide not to ride the Metro, which means less revenue for the Metro. Other times, there are massive backups in the lines of people waiting to get a ticket or up their ticket, which frustrates those of us who have college classes to get to, or jobs to go to.

In any case, it would be in Metro's best interest to install bilingual machines in their stations (maybe one or two per station), displaying languages like Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Hindi.
