Brian Hutcherson needs jail time!!

Brian Hutcherson and his girlfriend chose to watch their puppy die from the comforts of their living room instead of doing the right thing by him and finding someone for him who could afford to feed him and deal with the "stresses" of being a puppy owner.  One has to ask, what would these two individuals do given the expenses and a stresses a child?  Please help us let the Winnebago Courts know that we feel these two need to be given a lesson in being responsible before their irresponsibility affects another life.  http://www.postcrescent.com/article/20110405/APC0101/104050455/Oshkosh-man-charged-starvation-death-dog
