Chapter#13 bankruptcy law

In Oregon you can erase all financial debt if you make $56,000.00 dollars but sorry folks if you make over that and everyone who makes over that amount is bunched into the same group as Donald Trump in a Chapter#13 where you pay it back.  I say raise the Chapter#7 to $100.000.00 dollars you can earn.  In this day and age and our economy that is chicken feed and the rich can afford to let us have it erased.  If you agree sign my petition.
