DOG RESCUE'S SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED!

We are fighting our Township to get our Rescue Kennel license and trying to avoid them fining us as we have had some dogs for a while without the kennel license. I thought you could only obtain your kennel license once a yr, but apparently you can apply for one at the first of every mth and it goes to council on the first Monday of each mth. We have been rescuing small breeds and when there is a Pug or small breeds that are in need I can't say wait until I obtain my Kennel License  this has only been the last six mths and it is a good thing we are doing all out of our own pocket, as they are all spayed and neutered before they leave our home, and then will only be placed in approved homes. We as people need to take a stand as there are many of the rules that the councillors themselves do not abide by, such as obtaining a kennel license for having more than 3 dogs.   I ask Why and then there are exeptions made for some people but not for others. They don't like when you tell them that.
