End Murder In RVSPCA

The Roanoke Valley Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals was created to prevent the death of innocent animals. It seems quite contradictory that they are murder old or diseased animals to create more room in their facilities. Please help these old or diseased animals to get the loving homes and care that they deserve by signing this petition. Every signature makes a difference!
