IRS Tax Refund Time Guidelines same as Due Timelines

You should sign this petition if you are sick of paying fines and interest when you are a little late paying your taxes, but get delayed when you are receiving a refund.

The IRS is quick to fine and penalize you when you are even a little late paying your taxes. They will add interest and fees to the amount you owe, won't negotiate and will take extreme measures to get their money. When you are due a refund however, you can be delayed weeks or even months getting your money back. Money you have counted on to make ends meat. Sign this petition, and let's fight to have interest and fees added to the amount the IRS owes or interest and fees removed from late payments.
