Mandate Spay and Neutering In Every State!

Trillions of animals are killed in less than humane ways because there is no room at the Inn.  Too many of these animals are in perfect health and would make a wonderful companion to a responsible owner.
 
If we do not committ to taking drastic measures to end these acts of unnecessary euthanasia, then trillions of more animals will face execution at no fault of their own.

Remember animals do not get a choice!  They depend on us to make responsible decisions regarding their welfare.  Animals are not a commodity, they are a precious gift from God!

Please add a comment, I really need to know what your thoughts are on this.  Mandating spay and neutering will have an affect on major breeders as well as back yard breeders and hopefully will eliminate horrible puppy mills.  If a mandate of this nature were to become a law, no one could advertise dogs and cats for sale because they would then be breaking a law and have to suffer the consequences.  Thus, if you can't sell your product why produce it.
