Race to the Finish Line.... to Permanently End the Brutal Sport of Horse Racing

To end the overpopulation of thoroughbred horses born in this world whose only purpose is to end up in the heartless horse racing industry.  To end the cruel practice of forcing these animals to compete against one another for the sake of the dollar.  To end the pain and suffering that these gentle beings experience when they endure a horrific injury from racing too hard.  To end the horrific practices  of poisoning and electrocuting these defenseless beings just for the sake of an insurance settlement.  To keep our retired racehorses here on our turf, grazing in a peaceful pasture instead of being shipped to another country where they are brutally killed in a slaughterhouse.  To show these gentle and empathetic beings that we see their terror, that we feel their pain, that we hear their cries.  To end what we know in our hearts is wrong and gain victory for these innocent victims.
