Reverse MO senate reversal of our votes to stop puppy mills

The Missouri public voted on propostion B, which would outlaw Missouri puppy mills. We voted to outlaw them. But, Missouri senate decided to reverse that decision and victory for animal lovers. I ask you...What is the point of voting if what the public decides can be revesed? Do the right thing, and stop the abuse of innocent breeding dogs and puppies! Make the breeders be more humane in the treatment of these animals. And, show the public that their votes DO count!
