On March, 23rd this year in the State Duma has passed the first hearing the Federal Bill �About the responsible reference with animals�.

3rd All-Russia action is dated for the second hearing in protection of animals �Russia without cruelty� which will pass from April, 16 till April, 23rd, 2011. An action overall objective - entering into the bill of amendments of the pets regulating cultivation preventing occurrence of the homeless, forbidding trade in animals in the markets
